Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across South Africa with Pudo, either to a smart locker near you or to your door.

Delivery options and costs

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer during public holidays, peak seasons (like Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and December) or for outlying areas.

Dispatch

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• Every piece is checked and packed in a gift box with a care card.

Pudo Locker delivery

• At checkout, tell us which Pudo locker you would like to collect from.
• When your parcel arrives, Pudo will send you an SMS or email with a collection PIN.
• Please collect within the time stated in your Pudo message. Uncollected parcels are returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Door delivery

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel.
• Outlying and remote areas: some rural or remote addresses may take longer or may carry an extra courier charge. If this applies to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.

Tracking

You will receive your tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us on WhatsApp 079 595 4205 or sales@brilliant-belle.co.za and we will follow up with Pudo for you.

We currently ship within South Africa only.
